Which strength should you buy?
Strength is per pouch, in milligrams of nicotine. Four tiers, and most people land in the middle two.
Never used nicotine, or coming off a light habit. Enough to notice, not enough to knock you sideways.
Where most buyers land and stay. Comparable to a few cigarettes a day, spread across the day.
Pack-a-day smokers switching over, or pouch users who finished a can of Regular too quickly.
Long-time pouch users only. If you are new, this tier will make you sweat and regret it.
What a pouch actually is
A small white bag holding nicotine, plant fibre, flavour and a sweetener. No tobacco leaf. You park it under your top lip and the nicotine absorbs through the gum. Nothing burns, nothing to spit, nothing on your clothes.
It is not harmless. Nicotine is addictive, it raises your heart rate, and it is not for anyone under 18 or anyone pregnant. If you do not use nicotine today, the honest advice is to not start.

Returns are not possible. Every can is refrigerated before it is sent to you, so once it leaves us it cannot go back into stock.
