ZYN and VELO in Bangalore: which to buy and how to order

Both ZYN and VELO can be delivered anywhere we serve in Bangalore, from Koramangala and Indiranagar to Whitefield and Electronic City, and you pay in cash or by UPI when the box arrives. ZYN cans start from ₹799 and VELO from ₹999 on our shelf. The real question most Bangalore buyers have is which of the two to pick, so that's where this guide starts.

ZYN or VELO: the short answer

• Pick ZYN if you want a drier, slower pouch, a mint-led range, and the brand most people have already heard of. Strengths run from 1.5mg to 16.5mg.
• Pick VELO if you want more fruit flavours, a moister pouch that starts faster, and you don't mind the range coming and going. Strengths run from 4mg to 17mg.
• Can't decide? Order one of each. Three cans gets free delivery, so a ZYN, a VELO and a third can of whichever brand is in stock is a sensible first order.

How the two brands actually differ

Prices are from our catalogue on 14 October 2026.

Neither is "better". They're two different ways of doing the same thing. If you've used one and it felt either too slow or too sharp, try the other.

A starting can for every kind of buyer

First pouch, no nicotine habit today. Honestly, don't start. If you already use nicotine in some form and want to try a pouch, ZYN Cool Mint 3mg is the gentlest common entry point.

Daily nicotine user trying pouches. ZYN Cool Mint 6mg or a VELO Crispy Peppermint at 8mg. Both are mint, one sits at the top of Light and the other in Medium, and together they show you the dry versus moist difference clearly.

Fruit person. ZYN Apple Mint 6 mg or, when VELO is in, Tropical Mango 6mg.

Coffee drinker. ZYN Coffee 6 mg. It's a good desk-day can.

Already a heavy user. ZYN at 13.5mg or 16.5mg, or VELO Freezing Peppermint at 14mg and up, all in the Strong band. Both sell in batches, so check the ZYN and VELO collections first.

On our scale, Light is 1.5mg to 6mg, Medium is 7mg to 12mg and Strong is 13mg to 20mg. Our strength guide goes into the bands, and the flavour guide helps if you're stuck between families.

Tech-park and office delivery

A lot of Bangalore orders go to offices, so here's what to know:

• Front desks are fine. The outer box is plain, with no brand or product name, so it reads like any other courier parcel at a Manyata, Bagmane or ORR tech-park reception.
• But you have to collect it. This is an 18+ product and the rider checks ID at handover. Reception can't sign for it on your behalf. Use the address where you'll actually be and keep your phone on.
• Check the date before you confirm. Enter your office pincode at checkout. It confirms we deliver there and shows the expected delivery date, so you can choose home or office depending on when it lands.
• Pay at the gate. Choose cash on delivery and pay the rider in cash or by UPI. There's no COD fee.

Ordering for a flat or a team

Discounts count cans per order across every brand, so pooling with flatmates or teammates adds up quickly in Bangalore. With 3mg and 6mg ZYN at ₹999 a can:

So ten mixed cans of ZYN and VELO comes in noticeably cheaper per can than ten separate single-can orders, and delivery is free. One rule: one order goes to one address, and the person collecting needs ID.

When the can you want is out

ZYN and VELO are both imported and arrive in batches. VELO in particular sells through quickly. If your can is sold out:

1. Check what's in stock today.
2. Try the same flavour in CLEW, which comes in mint, mango, watermelon, blueberry and coffee at 5mg, 10mg, 15mg and 20mg.
3. Look at the ZYN vs VELO vs CLEW guide for close swaps.
