Prices are from our catalogue on 19 October 2026, and the same four prices apply to every CLEW flavour, Menthol and Citrus included. Check the CLEW collection for the current price on any can. So CLEW covers one Light step, one Medium step and two Strong steps, and nothing in Extra strong (21mg and up).

The ladder means two things. First, if you like a flavour but the strength is wrong, you can fix it without giving up the taste. Second, you can keep a 5mg and a 15mg of the same flavour and switch depending on the day. Plenty of regulars do exactly that.

• Cool Mint: crisp and cooling, the default mint.
• Spearmint: sweeter and softer than cool mint.
• Wintergreen: the sharp, slightly medicinal-tasting mint that wintergreen fans swear by and everyone else finds odd.

Fruit and berries

Choosing your first CLEW can

Start from the flavour. It's the part you can't adjust later.

1. If you like mint, choose Cool Mint for clean, Spearmint for sweet, Menthol for cold, or Wintergreen only if you already know you like it.
2. If you like fruit, Mango is the safe bet. Watermelon and Blueberry are lighter.
3. If you drink a lot of coffee, CLEW Coffee is worth a try. It's dark rather than sweet.

Then pick the number:

• New to pouches: 5mg, CLEW's lightest step and the top half of Light. If you want something gentler still, a 3mg ZYN is the softer start.
• Use nicotine daily: 5mg, or 10mg (Medium) if a 6mg ZYN already feels light to you.
• Come from Medium pouches at 11mg or 12mg: 15mg, the first Strong step.
• 20mg: only if 15mg feels like nothing.
