There's no password to remember or reset. Use the same email you order with, so your past orders appear against your account.

What signing in gives you

• Your regulars: the cans from your last two orders, ready to add again.
• Your orders: your latest order with its status (Placed, Packed, Shipped, Delivered), a button to track it, and your full order history.
• Your address on file, so checkout is quicker.

• A free can, as of 19 October 2026: the cart offers signed-in customers one free ZYN or CLEW can, picked from what's in stock, once three paid cans are in the cart. Bundles, merch and the Mystery Box don't count toward the three.

Where your regulars show up

On the home page

Signed in, the "Log in. Reorder. Out." band turns into Your regulars, with your first name and the cans from your recent orders. Tap Add all again and every can that's still in stock goes into your cart, at the same quantities as last time; the page then takes you to the cart. Or add cans one at a time with the button on each card.

In The Stash

The Stash has the same Your regulars section, described as "From your last two orders. Add them all, or pick." Each card shows the can, how many you bought last time and today's price. Cans that have sold out since show "Sold out" with a link to the can's page instead of an add button.

Your latest order also has a Reorder button, and the quick actions panel has Add my last order.

In an empty cart

Open the cart with nothing in it while signed in, and an Add my last order button appears alongside the usual links. It adds the in-stock cans from your most recent order. It's the quickest path of all if you order the same cans every time.

What a one-tap reorder does, and what it skips

Two of those are worth a closer look. First, prices: CLEW was repriced on 19 October 2026, so a CLEW reorder now costs less than the same cans did before that date. CLEW 5mg went from ₹999 to ₹799 and CLEW Coffee 20mg from ₹1,299 to ₹1,099, for example. Prices as of 19 October 2026.

Second, sold-out cans. A reorder never silently swaps one can for another. If something's missing, the in-stock collection shows what you could add instead, and the can's own page has a WhatsApp link if you want to ask whether it's expected.

Making the most of a reorder

• Top up to the next step. The can discount counts every loose can in the cart, so a reorder of four plus one extra can takes 5% off. The cart shows how many more you need.
• Check the strength. If you've moved up or down since your last order, change the quantities before you check out.
• Reorder before you run out. Stock arrives in batches, so your usual can may not be there the day you need it.
• Bundles count separately. A bundle has its own fixed price and doesn't count toward the can discount.

Where WhatsApp fits in

There's no reorder-by-chat button: reorders happen in the cart, where stock, prices and discounts are worked out for you. WhatsApp is for help around an order. From The Stash, the WhatsApp button opens a message that already includes your name and your latest order number, which saves typing if you need to change something, ask what's similar to a sold-out regular, or sort out a delivery. Ordering in Indore

Indore is covered by the same all-India delivery as everywhere else. In Vijay Nagar, Palasia, Bhawarkuan or elsewhere in the city, checkout reads your pincode and shows whether we reach you and when, before you pay. Prepay by UPI or hand the rider cash or UPI at the door; cash on delivery costs nothing extra. Delivery is free from three cans.
