Stage 2: checkout

From the cart you take one of two routes:

• Checkout · Cash on delivery. Enter your details and address. Your pincode confirms we deliver there and shows the expected delivery date before you place the order. Nothing is charged now.
• Pay via UPI. Our payment page lists your total, you pay from any UPI app, upload the screenshot and enter your address.

Stage 3: confirmation

You get an order number, starting with a #. Keep it: it's what the tracking page and our WhatsApp line will ask for. An order confirmation also goes to the email you gave. If you paid by UPI, the page confirms "Order placed, paid by UPI", and your screenshot is matched with the bank before the order is packed. If something doesn't line up, we message you before anything ships.

Stage 4: packing

Your cans are packed sealed into a plain box with no brand or product name on it, with the invoice inside. Our product pages also note that every can is kept chilled before it ships.

On the tracking page and in The Stash, the status reads "Placed" until the parcel moves on. Signed-in customers see the steps on their latest order: Placed, Packed, Shipped, Delivered.

Stage 5: the courier

When the parcel ships, you get a text with the courier number, sometimes called the AWB. From then on, the tracking page has real detail:

• The status, as a row of steps: Packed, On the way, Out for delivery, Delivered.
• The courier's name and the courier number.
• The route, from where it shipped to your city.
• Scans, each with a time and a place, as the courier records them.

If the courier hasn't scanned the parcel yet, the page says so plainly rather than inventing progress. For some shipments, it links you to the courier's own site for live scans. If something has gone wrong, a red "Needs a look" label appears with a short explanation, and the WhatsApp button underneath gets a person on it.

You can look an order up two ways: by order number plus the email or phone you ordered with, or by the courier number alone.

Stage 6: handover

When the tracking says "Out for delivery", keep your phone on. At the door:

1. The rider checks ID. It's checked for whoever collects, which should be the adult who ordered. A guard, a reception desk or a neighbour can't sign for it.
2. You pay, if you chose cash on delivery. Cash or UPI to the rider. If you paid by UPI earlier, there's nothing more to pay.
3. The box is yours.

Open it and check the invoice against the cans: each should be sealed, with the brand, flavour and mg matching what you ordered. Because every can is sold sealed and kept chilled, returns aren't possible, which makes that first check worth doing straight away. If anything is wrong, message us with your order number.
